Happy First Birthday to this blog.

Wow.  When I started it a year ago, I could never have imagined that it would take off in such a spectacular way.  It’s been discussed on the radio, on film and in print.  It has readers all over the world.

So, thank you, all of you.  Thank you to my WordPress blogging chums.  Thank you to my family, to Mum’s friends, to my friends.  And thank you to anyone who has stumbled across this blog and kept reading.

And thank you to my fluffy monster for being my constant orange inspiration.  Here he is this morning, desperate to go out but not allowed as he had to attend the vet first:

 

And now am going to rest and watch the tennis with Mum.  Achieved Smear this morning.  Oncologist later.
